2 Years Later And I Am Finally Making Some Progress

After 2 years and ballooning up to 247 pounds, I started a new life (again) on July 23rd, 2010.  I am using the program on Jillian Michaels dot com.  So far, it has been a great success.  I have lost 33 lbs and am making great progress towards my goal of 175 by May, 2011.  I love the new, healthier me and my family does too!  They have been a great encouragement along the way!  I have much more to write about in the future about what I am doing.

Day 20: Slogging Through Push-ups

Week 3 is tough! But I did 22, 17, 17, 15 and 11 max. Looks like a repeat of week 3 is in store, however, I am getting stronger.

Day 19: A great 30 min walk.

I did 30 min on the donut and have never felt better, woot!

Day 18: Start of week 3

I did my test yesterday and did 24 pushups! That means I can move on to week 3 of the 100 pushups program. Walking this afternoon.

Day 17: Week 2 done!

I finished my week 2 of pushups, still not feeling great, postponing walking until Monday.

Day 16: No Walking Today

Bleh! How do you get in any exercise when you work 13 hrs?

Day 15: 2nd Day of the 2nd Week

Today's pushups were hard. I did 16, 13, 11, 11 and 10 for the max. Not much energy this morning. Bummer.
